Donna Marie Marino, the visionary leading RELEASE™ Retreat, embraces a life steeped in Armonía, italian for “harmony.” Diving into her world, she's also the creative force behind Armonía Life Design & Counseling, where, as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, she guides individuals and couples through life transitions, helping them rediscover their path to Armonía, the Italian ode to Harmony, a philosophy weaving together the alignment of mind, body, and spirit to craft a life filled with love. With more than four decades of professional expertise in leadership, life coaching, spiritual direction, and therapeutic work, Donna embarks on a mission to accompany her clients with a warm, compassionate, direct, and authentic touch.

Delaney is a certified yoga, meditation and breathwork expert, speaker and certified mindset mentor, as well as a chemical engineer. Delaney also incorporates her Enneagram expertise into her work. She blends spiritual practice with science-backed research to give you a full picture of how yoga, meditation and breathwork will have a profound impact on your mind, body and spirit.
As an Enneagram 5 (The Scholar), Delaney loves learning new things so she loves researching for answers she doesn't already know. This is what makes her unique as a Mindset Mentor. She wants to find the practices, techniques and routines that work best for YOU as an individual to bring you more inner peace.
Delaney helps busy people find space to slow down so they can release the pressure of perfection, stress better, and cultivate inner peace. She will challenge you, empower you and believe in you while helping you grow into the highest version of yourself!
